It's all about being local in our eyes!But, don't only listen to us, see what some of our own merchants are saying about the benefits of Local. Yes, they really do get it, but it would be a lot better if there were feedback from their customers. How can we encourage that to happen? And it would have to be real feedback, since a lot of feedback is just staged by the merchant, and loses credibility.

ReplyDeleteWe just created a consumer reviews in addition to the blog feedback for the merchants and consumer ratings. It will be interesting to see this dialogue begin between the consumers and merchants.
